Jurassic World Rebirth: Expected Digital and Streaming Release Dates Revealed

Fans are eager to know when Jurassic World Rebirth will be available for home viewing and how long it will remain in theaters. This latest installment in the iconic dinosaur franchise introduces a new cast, standalone storyline, and fresh environment, prompting questions about its digital release and streaming timeline. Following its summer theatrical launch, attention now turns to platforms like Peacock and digital retailers.

Anticipated Digital Release Date for Jurassic World Rebirth

Universal Pictures generally releases films for digital purchase or rental prior to their streaming debut. Historically, the interval between theatrical release and digital availability ranges from 18 to 39 days, averaging approximately 28.5 days.

However, the previous franchise entry, Jurassic World Dominion, took 53 days to reach video-on-demand platforms. Should Jurassic World Rebirth mirror this pattern, its digital release could occur around August 24, 2025. Universal often extends digital windows for high-budget titles to optimize box office revenue.

With a reported budget of $180 million and starring actors such as Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, and Jonathan Bailey, Jurassic World Rebirth is likely to follow this extended release strategy.

Streaming Release on Peacock for Jurassic World Rebirth

Peacock, NBCUniversal’s streaming platform, will serve as the official home for Jurassic World Rebirth.

While Universal has not yet confirmed a streaming release date, recent releases typically appear on streaming services between 49 and 120 days after theatrical premieres. Films like Kung Fu Panda 4, Wicked, and Despicable Me 4 debuted on Peacock within 105 to 120 days.

Jurassic World Dominion was made available on streaming 102 days post-theatrical release. If Jurassic World Rebirth follows this precedent, it is expected to arrive on Peacock between October 12 and October 30, 2025.

Peacock currently streams all six previous Jurassic Park and Jurassic World films, along with recent Universal productions such as Wicked and Despicable Me 4, establishing it as the primary streaming destination for Universal’s major releases.
